How fast do you reply to emails?

On weekdays usually within 2 hours between 9 and 18h CET. On weekends usually within 24 hours.

Can I book a job by phone?

Not currently — all bookings run online through the platform (that's our model). For technical problems with the booking we are happy to help by phone.

What if I have a real emergency (water damage etc.)?

24for7 is a marketplace for scheduled services. For real emergencies (burst pipe, power outage, medical) please contact local 24/7 emergency services or emergency number 112.

I have an idea for a partnership. Who do I contact?

Choose "Business / partnership" in the form — goes directly to Daniel and is handled personally.

Complaint about a provider?

Please always include the order number (ORD-XXXXX). We review every complaint within 48 h and moderate fairly between you and the provider.
